Have some honey, honey...

     Markets are full of all the packaged food which is either very high or salts or sugars. The excess of these two increases your craving towards the food item. It ensures that once you have opened the packet, the empty packet should straight away go to the dustbin. We always forget that out soft stomach is a delicate organ not a dustbin.
